CryptoCompliance will develop a written, comprehensive AML compliance program for your small business that meets the requirements of the BSA, and includes:
- Current U.S. federal regulatory requirements
- Your policies, procedures and internal controls
- Your designated BSA compliance officer
- Your training program
- Your independent review process
The written AML compliance program is dependent on all information either provided by your BSA compliance officer, or purchased through CryptoCompliance and approved by your BSA compliance officer.
Note: Money transmitters are required to establish AML compliance programs that include an independent review to test the program. This must be done separate from the responsibilities of your BSA compliance officer. This is not a service presently offered by CryptoCompliance. We will however, offer our consulting services to review the results of your independent review, including the findings (if any) and recommendations.
